1. For new members a Letter of application expressing interest to join FTAA shall be forwarded to FTAA Board for approval. The following documentation shall be included with the application form.
Below items needed For all new Appilicants
• Articles of Incorporation of the association.
• Bylaws of the association.
• Names of Founders of the incorporation
• Names, addresses, and telephone numbers of its Board of Directors.
• Statement of Corporation from State
• List of names and addresses of current members, number of members
• A brief summary of past twelve months' activities.
• A $250 check for annual FTAA membership fee.
Note: Regarding the bylaws; FTAA can not accept applications from similar organizations that already member of FTAA, Associations from same city that represent same community, same business or professional group is conflict of interest for current members.
